Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my Angel provide assistance?
Your reservation will include up to 2 hours of service from your Angel.

What if my flight is delayed or canceled?  
Refunds will be made in the event of a flight cancellation or should an Angel not be available during an early arrival or flight delay.

Can Airport Angels assist unaccompanied minors? 
No, we cannot assist travelers under 18 without an adult.  

Will my Angel take my child to the bathroom?
While Angels are there to assist you throughout the airport, there are several activities that are strictly prohibited: Angels will not take any child to the restroom, will not change children’s diapers and will not administer medicine to your child.

How do I cancel or modify my booking? 
All cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation in order to receive a refund. Contact us via email at [email protected]

What if my preferred time doesn’t appear in the booking options?
Please reach out by emailing [email protected] to see if anything can be done to accommodate your request.

Do I need to tip my Angel?  
Tipping is not required, but always appreciated.
